What DecisionIQ is, what it is not, and how the record stays honest.
No. DecisionIQ is an information service that publishes signals from an automated research pipeline. We are not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner, we manage no money, we hold no client accounts, and nothing we publish is a personal recommendation. Signals are identical for every subscriber and never tailored to your situation.
An automated committee: specialist analyst agents (technical, news, fundamentals), a structured bull-vs-bear debate, a trader agent, a risk desk, and a portfolio manager that casts the final rating. Every step runs the same way for every signal — the methodology is published, not a black box.
No. We receive no compensation from any company whose securities appear in our signals (Sec. 17(b) disclosure). Our only revenue is subscription fees. Nobody can pay to appear in, or be excluded from, the record.
Every signal the pipeline has published — buys, sells, holds, wins and losses — unedited. Verdicts are written to an append-only ledger at publication time; they cannot be changed afterwards, only extended with their settled outcome. We cannot cherry-pick even if we wanted to.
Yes. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Signals are research output, not advice; deciding whether and how to act on them is entirely your responsibility.
No, and it cannot be — the pipeline never sees your finances, holdings, or risk tolerance. If you need advice tailored to you, consult a registered investment adviser or financial planner.
